We've made it through the gauntlet that is preseason conditioning! It was tough work and the heat was scorching but we pushed through! Special thanks again to K-Fit Performance for coming out and helping us get stronger for the season ahead!

Both girls teams combined for a great exhibition match against a Furman United challenge team. We started out hot and took a 2-0 lead but they came in strong in the second half to level it off. Hopefully we get another chance to play them down the road!

A really, really impressive performance from the whole team. We rotated squads each quarter and found ourselves down three quarters of the way through but pulled through at the end with a commanding finish to win 2-1. So much positives from this one.

The Diamondbacks came in ready to play in the summer's heat and created chances right from the start. Defensively, we were shaky at points but grew into the game well and pulled away comfortably when it was all said and done. Excellent work!

It was a slow start for the Storm, who found ourselves down 0-1 after a bungled set piece found its way in, but as the game progressed we found our form and looked like the powerhouse we remembered from last season!

The Thunder fought hard against a well organized Spence team and was unable to capitalize on the chances we had. A lot of fight was shown and no doubt we'll come back from this and get the next one!

Scrivner went up early to a penalty kick but we fought back and equalized before half. With the game entering its closing stages, we were still tied and we just totally took off. Our fitness is paying off and helped make the difference. So, so proud of the lads after today!
